Hello again!
I have been getting back into the swing of things here in Normal.
We had our first full week of classes, our first AMDA meeting (which I couldn't go to because I have a night class...boo),
I turned in the first payment for a trip to NYC this summer, and I'm washing all of the blankets and sheets in my apartment.
All that is left to do before I am completely settled is order my textbooks, which is going to be painful because who likes spending hundreds of dollars on BOOKS?
Not I, said the fly.
More like SUPER MUD-DY.
Hey look! Its Connor!
So, if you were wondering where I am, this is the ceramics studio. Connor's main squeeze.
She and I have a love-hate relationship. Yes, this room is a girl.
It has been so cold around here, going outside is a risk to your good health.
As my teacher last semester would say, we are in an activity balance clothing zone! Yay learning!
Shirt: Old Navy
Scarf: Gifted from Connor, bought in Seville, Spain.
Belt: H&M
Jeans: Creme Royal
Shoes: Ralph Lauren
ps. Like my cooky hair? It may be an Erica original... oh, the things I do to tame my curls.

You look absolutely beautiful, I love your heels and your lipstick!

DeleteYour hair looks great! I need to start wearing my hair back more often. And the black pumps look really good too! How're you balancing in that one picture? It looks like you're levitating!
ReplyDeleteA ceramic studio sounds so cool! I've always wanted to take a pottery class.
Thanks! I almost fell doing that haha dont try it!! Thats a fast way to break some heels... Connor peer pressured me into it :)
DeleteYou are gorgeous! I love that lipstick color on you and your hair looks great to the side like that. I also really like that you took these photos in the ceramics lab. Haha.

First off, I love that first picture of you. It'll be a classic one to show your kiddies in like thirty years. There's just something timeless about it.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that lipstick color! I've found myself to be quite lipstick obsessed lately, buying a new one every time we run to CVS for toilet paper. hehe
Finally, I am a fan of the simple yet totally chic outfit in which you are donning so happily. :)
OH, I found your blog on Allison's page! I wanted to check out the bloggers she thought were worth mentioning. Nice to meet you, I'm Roni. :D
thanks! Very nice to meet you, Roni. I love photos that are worthy of showing people in thirty or so years.... its just sad kinda because ill have to say,"oh look at me when I was thin and good looking, oh where has the time gone...." hahaha
DeleteAnd btw, I love your comments, they make me smile :
